1. Free membership of the Employers and Manufactures Association. For most growers the fee to join the EMA as an individual member is the same, or more, than the annual membership fee to NZFGA. Information. NZFGA provides it members with information vital to members businesses.
2. Membership benefits. NZFGA has negotiated and continues to negotiate special member only benefits on a range of goods and services that save members money.
3. Fellowship. NZFGA provides opportunities for growers to get together socially and hear presentation from a range of interesting speakers.
4. Advocacy. NZFGA speaks up for growers on issues that affect them. For example, advocacy over the Nutrient Runoff Issue, Imports and the Carbon Emissions Trading Scheme.
